Role Overview

- Full-time, permanent role covering the Gold Coast and Brisbane south of the river
- Gold Coast or Brisbane-based, splitting your week across both
- New-business, relationship-led sales to orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, private hospitals, day surgeries and rehab providers
- Launch a non-surgical option for late-stage osteoarthritis patients who want to delay or avoid joint replacement
- Set up surgeon referral pathways for post‑op recovery technology, and grow in‑room injectables for early‑stage osteoarthritis
- Support early procedures while a site gets started,



then make them self‑sufficient and bring on the next one; there’s no ongoing case coverage
- Trauma work is training‑led, with no standing in trauma cases

Skills Required

- Existing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians and private hospitals on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane
- Medical device sales experience in orthopaedics, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, sports medicine or related pain management
- Strong understanding of MSK anatomy, osteoarthritis progression and post‑op rehab
- Current driver’s licence
