About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs and Communication, you will work closely with brand, social, technical, nutrition, product development and communications teams to create engaging food content that supports brand growth, consumer engagement and product innovation.

What you’ll do

- Develop, test and document original recipes that showcase Sanitarium and group brand products and plant‑based recipes.
- Create food‑first content for social, digital, website, campaign, PR and internal communications channels.
- Plan and support high‑quality visual content, including photography, reels, short‑form video,



demonstrations and campaign assets.
- Provide food trends, consumer insights and creative recommendations to support content and product development.
- Collaborate with brand, social, technical, nutrition, product development and creative teams to deliver practical, engaging and brand‑aligned content.

About you

You are a creative food professional with strong culinary instincts, excellent communication skills and a passion for developing content that inspires everyday consumers. You know how to turn a recipe idea into an engaging story, a beautiful visual asset and a practical consumer experience.

What you’ll bring:

- Experience in recipe development, food content creation, culinary communications, food media, brand marketing or a related food industry role.
- Strong recipe testing, food writing and content planning capability.
- A chef, culinary, food styling, food science or nutrition background, or equivalent professional experience.
- A strong creative eye for food presentation, styling, visual storytelling and social‑first content.
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including brand, social, technical, nutrition, product development and creative teams.
- Robust attention to detail, food safety awareness and understanding of ingredients, allergens and dietary considerations.
