The successful candidate will ideally hold;
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- WWCC
- Relevant child safe training
and demonstrate;
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to confidently lead, support and inspire teams.
Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to maintaining high standards across service operations.
Demonstrated experience leading teams, fostering a positive, collaborative and accountable workplace culture.
A strong commitment to high-quality practice, with the ability to promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children.
Experience overseeing day-to-day service operations, including effectively managing competing priorities and operational requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with families, staff, community members and key stakeholders
