Australian Country Choice is seeking a Halal Slaughterman to join our Cannon Hill processing team. This hands-on role performs halal slaughter in line with approved certification, animal welfare, and food safety standards.

You will work with the production team to maintain an effective, respectful and compliant processing operation, follow safety procedures, complete checks, and meet production and quality targets.
