The kitchen behind an award-winning up-to-date Asian restaurant in Perth needs another experienced pair of hands at Chef de Partie or Commis Chef level. The team is already successful, and the employer wants someone who can hold a station and keep the standard up through lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Volume defines this role. The restaurant serves more than 1,000 covers weekly, and its kitchen also supplies several other venues within the same hospitality precinct. The employer is looking for a chef who welcomes that kind of varied, busy load, and its senior chefs are invested in training and developing the next generation of kitchen leaders. For the right candidate, sponsorship may be considered.
Employers hiring at this level scan for proof quickly, so put your commercial cookery certificate, your years in high-volume kitchens and the sections you can run near the top of an English CV. To get one ready, build a station-by-station chef CV with Build AI CV .
