About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful motorcycle dealership in a varied, hands-on role that offers exposure to aspects of the business.

From assisting customers in the showroom to find their perfect ride to merchandising products, organising parts and accessories, fitting accessories and unpacking new motorcycles, you'll play an important role in assisting to keep the dealership running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the experience they expect from an award-winning dealership.

No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills across multiple brands and multiple areas of the motorcycle industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales and Customer Engagement

Welcoming customers and helping create a positive first impression.

Assisting customers with enquiries about motorcycles, riding gear, merchandise and accessories.





Supporting the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Learning about the Indian Motorcycle and Royal Enfield range and the products we offer.

Helping build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional service.

Parts and Accessories

Assisting with parts and accessory enquiries.

Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock.

Maintaining an organised parts and accessories area.

Motorcycle Preparation and Dealership Operations

Receiving and unpacking new Indian and Royal Enfield motorcycles as they arrive at the dealership.

Fitting accessories and completing basic preparation tasks as trained and authorised.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings the right attitude, enjoys being hands-on and understands that delivering a first-class customer experience is everyone's responsibility.

You’ll ideally have:

- A genuine passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle lifestyle.
- A friendly, approachable manner and a strong customer service focus.
- A reliable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A practical mindset and confidence working with your hands.
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when required.




- A qualified approach and an understanding of the importance of presentation.
- Previous experience in motorcycles / automotive sales, parts or a similar hands-on role would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
- A motorcycle licence and existing knowledge of motorcycles is a MUST.

Our Dealership is open Monday to Saturday, the successful applicant’s roster will include a Saturday shift each fortnight with an alternate day off through the week.
