Store Supervisor Position at Scoops & Candy Ballina

We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Store Supervisor who is ready to be part of our fun and vibrant store in Ballina, NSW

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Opening and closing the store
- Ensuring daily tasks are completed smoothly
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Delivering excellent customer service that makes every visit unforgettable
- Working independently and in a Team
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store

Hours of Work & Pay

- Full-time, 38 hours per week
- Availability during Shop trading hours Tuesday-Thursday/Saturday 10-7 pm Friday 10-8 pm Sunday 11 am- 4 pm
- Roster to be negotiated with the right candidate




- Above General Retail Award Level 3

- Someone responsible, reliable, motivated, and able to take initiative
- Solid communication skills
- The ability to work well independently
- Immediate start
