Enjoy helping customers and taking the time to understand what they need?

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our Bentleigh showroom. You’ll help customers and their families explore equipment that can make everyday life easier—from walking aids and wheelchairs to adjustable beds and lift recliners.

You don’t need to know our products before you start. We’ll provide training and support as you build your knowledge. What matters most is your ability to listen, communicate clearly and follow through on customer enquiries.

What you’ll do

- Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them explore suitable products.
- Demonstrate equipment and explain features, pricing and available options.
- Handle enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Prepare quotes, process sales and follow up with customers.
- Keep the showroom tidy, welcoming and well stocked.
- Work with the team to provide helpful service from the first enquiry through to purchase.

What we’re looking for

- You may have experience in retail,



showroom sales, hospitality or another customer service role. We’re interested in people who bring:
- A warm, patient approach and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Transparent communication skills and confidence speaking with people from different backgrounds.
- Comfortable computer skills and attention to detail when handling quotes and orders.
- Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Previous healthcare equipment experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential.
