Point Hotel in Brisbane (KIN Bar & Dining) seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for a permanent part time role of 20–24 hours per week with evening shifts Tue–Sat. Casual employment may also be considered.

You will manage your section, deliver high-quality plated dishes, ensure food safety, rotate stock, reduce waste, and support junior staff in a brand-new kitchen under the direction of the Executive Chef.
