Tassal Group is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for our Tasmanian processing operations. You will lead from the front, coach and develop your team, and drive continuous improvement to meet safety, quality and production targets on a quick-paced site.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day shift activities, manage labour and collaborate with maintenance, quality and supply chain teams to ensure smooth handovers and reliable performance.
