Join the founding team of a brand-new clinic.

We’re opening two new family and cosmetic dental practices: Morayfield Family Dental in Morayfield, opening December 2026, and Lilywood Dental Studio in Waraba, Upper Caboolture, opening early January 2027. Waraba is one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing communities. Both clinics are part of an established group of family-owned dental practices across the Moreton Bay region.

We’re building the founding teams of Dental Assistants and Dental Receptionists for both clinics. Together, you’ll set the tone for how patients are cared for from opening day.

Chairside assisting across general, family and cosmetic dentistry

Setting up treatment rooms,



instruments and equipment

Infection control and sterilisation

Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout treatment

Welcoming patients and making a great first impression

Managing appointments, calls and patient enquiries

Processing payments, health fund claims and admin

Booking treatment plans, recalls and patient follow-ups

What you’ll bring

Dental experience in your chosen role is preferred, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn

Assistants: a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or currently studying) is highly regarded

Experience with Zavy is a plus but not essential

Explicit communication and good organisational skills

A friendly, reliable and team-first approach

Hours & start

Full-time, part-time and casual roles are available. Full-time team members can work their hours over 4 days, and shifts include some late nights.

We’re hiring now. You’ll start with training at one of our established clinics, then move to your freshly built clinic once you’re trained and it opens.
