The Lakes Hotel is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the Knots Kitchen team in a full time capacity. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations across Knots Kitchen and hotel functions, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation and service.
As a key leader, you will coordinate preparation, mentor staff, manage stock and costs, and take charge in the Head Chef's absence.
