This is a diverse, hands-on role combining customer vehicle deliveries, online vehicle listings and aftermarket product sales. You will be coordinating vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional and memorable handover, creating engaging 30-second vehicle walkaround videos for Carsales listings, managing Car Depot's Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings, and introducing customers to relevant aftermarket products and vehicle protection options.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional and memorable handover
Ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard and ready for collection
Liaise with the sales team to coordinate delivery times and vehicle preparation
Explain key vehicle features and answer customer questions during handover
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction
Encourage happy customers to share their experience through Google Reviews
Create engaging 30-second vehicle walkaround videos for Carsales listings
Manage and maintain Car Depot's Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings
Upload new vehicles with accurate descriptions, photos and pricing
Introduce customers to relevant aftermarket products and vehicle protection options
About you
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confidence speaking on camera and creating short vehicle videos
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and other digital platforms
A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks
Sales confidence and a willingness to promote aftermarket products
A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
