InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily on-floor operations across Breakfast, Gallery Meeting Suites, and Ascua. Reporting to the F&B; Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and revenue while upholding standards, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of team leadership in busy hospitality settings, robust customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across seven days.
