ALH Hotels’ Racehorse Hotel in Ipswich, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced pub workplace. This hands‑on leader will guide a busy front and gaming floor, delivering exceptional service while keeping spirits high.

You’ll work with fellow venue leaders to run peak shifts, mentor hospitality teams, and coordinate cross‑departmental operations to wow regulars and community patrons. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required.
