- Establish purchasing policies and liase with suppliers
- Promote and advertise our range of food varities
- Handling escalated customer feedback with effective solutions
- Maintain stock level, budget and financial data
- Bugeting and costing our range of products and ensure correct quantities are maintained.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
- Liase with local council to maintain food safety license
- Promote and sell products and assist customers
- Formulate Marketing policies by understanding local product demand.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in retail management (Food & Beverage)
- Must be able to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding of occupational health and safety and local coucil requirments
- Must be able to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting & costing
