We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Educators to join our welcoming team in Manly, Queensland 4179, with positions available for an immediate start.

We offer part-time opportunities of up to 37.5 hours per week, providing the chance to become part of a supportive and passionate team that genuinely values the important role educators play in children's early years.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Treehouse team, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, discover and grow.

You will work alongside our experienced educators to plan and implement meaningful, play-based learning experiences that support children's individual interests, strengths and developmental needs. You'll help create inviting learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Building genuine, respectful relationships with children,



families and fellow educators is at the heart of what we do. You'll contribute to children's learning documentation, support their daily routines and wellbeing, and work collaboratively with your team to maintain high standards of care, education and safety.

We also encourage our educators to share their ideas, contribute to centre initiatives and actively participate in professional learning and development.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for educators who bring enthusiasm, kindness, creativity and a genuine love for working with young children.

Ideally, you will be working towards or hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with previous experience in an early learning environment being highly regarded.

You'll have a sound understanding of children's learning and development, along with the ability to create positive, engaging and inclusive experiences that support every child's individual journey.

Most importantly, we value educators who are reliable, approachable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. We believe that a positive attitude, solid communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities in creating a wonderful workplace for everyone.
