About the role
As a Property Manager the responsibilities are extensive and varied however, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Day to day management of an existing property portfolio
- High level of communication with owners, tenants and contractors
- Perform market reviews and maintain up to date lease records
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coordinate and facilitate ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports
- Conduct relevant checks to match tenant/s with properties
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance, lease renewals, property advertising and inspections
- Current Certificate of Registration & or Licence or willing to study
- Current Drivers Licence
- Be tech savvy
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Solid administration skills: organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
- Work within a team
