Mars is seeking an Internal Communications & Social Impact Specialist to bring our purpose to life across Australia and Current Zealand. You will lead internal communications and engagement initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and help drive culture and community programs.
Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director, you will create content across channels, support CSR initiatives, volunteering, and community partnerships, and measure impact to continuously improve outcomes.
