This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing project controls team and play a critical role in managing project costs across large-scale capital projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in TCI (Total Capital Investment) Management, cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and project performance reporting within complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and maintain project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditure tracking
- Oversee TCI reporting and ensure cost performance aligns with project objectives
- Analyse cost variances, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly project controls and management reports
- Interface with project managers, planners, commercial teams, and key stakeholders
- Support project governance and decision-making through accurate cost insights




- Drive continuous improvement in cost management processes and reporting systems

About You

- Proven experience as a Lead Cost Controller or Senior Cost Controller within EPCM environments
- Strong background supporting mining or major resources projects
- Demonstrated experience managing TCI (Total Capital Investment) reporting and controls
- Advanced understanding of project controls, cost management, forecasting, and earned value principles
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and project cost management systems experience
