Warrnambool West Primary School believes in high levels of learning for all. Our AIP has a strong focus on learning and wellbeing and using our equity funding resourcing, small class sizes and point of need teaching are a central aspect of our teaching and learning programs. We are an inclusive learning community unpinned by the values of Inclusive, Respect, Safe and be a Learner. Our values determine the way in which we, as a community interact to ensure children are supported in their learning and social emotional journey.
Warrnambool West Primary School strives for achievement through its successful PLC structure where student data is used in a timely and efficient manner to inform decision making for teaching and learning. Specialist programs are offered in STEM, Visual Arts, Physical Education, Music and AUSLAN. Our school has a 1-1 classroom iPad and laptop program.
We know that all students have the capacity to learn and that students thrive when provided with learning opportunities that recognise their needs and abilities. The wellbeing of our students and staff is important.

The high calibre Wellbeing team consists of a Principal Class Wellbeing Mentor who provides support and guidance for our students, staff and families.
