Bupa Bateau Bay is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator to lead a vibrant, resident-led lifestyle program that supports connection, purpose and wellbeing. You’ll create meaningful engagement across the home; 1:1 and in social groups tailored to residents’ interests, routines and goals.
You’ll lead and support the Wellbeing Carer team, coordinating volunteers and community connections while embedding Montessori-style engagement within the Dementia Support Community.
