Journey Beyond is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to join the recent Rail and Touring Division. Based in Adelaide or Melbourne, you will shape and drive our safety strategy across Touring operations in Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead HSE systems, coach leaders, and advise on risk management, incidents and audits to foster a proactive safety culture across guests, staff and partners. Travel across Australia will be required.
