Key Responsibilities
Lead workplace projects from early pitch and concept through to construction delivery
Drive client presentations, design narratives and front-end engagement with confidence
Oversee project teams, providing clear direction, mentorship and design leadership
Ensure projects meet best-practice workplace strategies, compliance and commercial objectives
Guide documentation, construction coordination, value management and D&C; processes
Skills & Experience
10 or more years' experience in interior design, with experience delivering workplace interior projects in a D&C; environment
Strong capability in client-facing roles, pitching and winning work
Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex project workflows
Solid understanding of construction, buildability, documentation, costing and value management
Working knowledge of Revit, building codes and Design & Construct delivery models
