Store Manager Brookfield Place Sydney 15 Month Contract

Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, including staff supervision and inventory management.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and team performance for senior management.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or business is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a retail workplace is preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software.
