Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with body corporate managers, committees, and property stakeholders
Conduct site visits, assess repaint needs, and prepare accurate, competitive estimates
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth
Maintain detailed records and use digital tools to streamline quoting and communication
About you
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you're confident, approachable, and a natural relationship builder
Solid computer literacy—comfortable with quoting software, spreadsheets,
and CRM tools
Previous experience in the painting industry (especially in repaints or body corporate work) is highly valued
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients and supporting your team
A commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and pride in your work
