RAC in Joondalup is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant to join our Contact Centre in a full-time, permanent role. You will be the first point of contact for around 50-60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.

You will navigate multiple systems, deliver high-quality conversations, and tailor solutions to individual needs. Training is comprehensive and fully paid, with opportunities for career growth and involvement in RAC Member perks.
