Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of a quality residential property portfolio.
- Conduct thorough entry and exit inspection reports.
- Manage routine maintenance requests and coordinate local trade contractors.
- Maintain clear, prompt and professional communication with landlords and tenants.
- Facilitate lease renewals and ensure full compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and agency standards.
- Navigating landlord and tenant concerns with empathy, confidence and a solutions-focused approach.

- Build strong, lasting relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
