With growing demand for our services, Carepro Disability Services is seeking confident, capable and experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered support for a participant located in Box Hill South.
We're looking for professionals who bring strong disability sector experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex support environments. Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Autism
- Behaviours of concern
- Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Daily living skills
- Personal care
- Implementing positive behaviour support strategies
- Working with mental health conditions
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Confidence supporting participants with autism and behaviours of concern
- Professionalism, reliability and initiative
- Transparent and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively
- Strong availability and willingness to work overnight shifts throughout the week, and on weekends
- Due to client preference, females need only apply
