Mega Stone Aluminium Pty Ltd is a well-established aluminium supplier based in Padstow. Since 2000, we have built a strong reputation as one of Sydney's leading suppliers of quality aluminium products.
As our business continues to expand, we are currently seeking a reliable, organised and motivated Part-Time Accounts Clerk to join our friendly team.
This position is ideal for someone with previous accounts experience who is looking for a part-time role in a stable and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable, invoicing and following up overdue accounts
- Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Assisting with payment runs and account reconciliations
- Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate accounting records and filing systems
- General office administration, including answering phone calls and processing customer orders
- Providing general accounts and administrative support as required
About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel
- A basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable, professional and positive attitude
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
