About the role

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join the growing team at our Global Head Office in Osborne Park. The role is suited to someone with a good understanding of Accounts Receivable and ideally some experience of Accounts Payable. While experience is preferred, we are happy to provide training & an opportunity to the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Working with a growing account base of approx. 200 active accounts
- Processing & allocating payments accurately
- Following up overdue invoices in a timely manner
- Opening new accounts & running credit checks
- Developing & maintaining positive relationships with our customers
- Keeping clear and concise records at all time
- Assisting customers promptly with all incoming enquiries via phone & email
- Assist with weekly reporting
- Other ad hoc admin tasks

About you

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (and Payable)
- An understanding of basic accounting principles with strong analytical & numeracy skills




- Advanced computer skills - in particular Excel
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy of data entry
- A team player with a flexible attitude who can prioritise, multi-task & work autonomously
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and a willingness to solve problems
