ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (PART TIME - FLEXIBLE HOURS) - IMMEDIATE START

At WPE we do more than just move freight; We help our customers do their business more effectively and efficiently. WPE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable person to join our finance team at our Dubbo Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Accounts Manager with weekly, fortnightly and monthly invoicing as required
- Resolve account discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly statements.
- Assist Accounts Manager with upload of invoices into customer portals.
- Processing of customer debtor applications.
- Allocation of eftpos receipts in Xero.
- Ad hoc duties from time to time as required by Managing Director, Financial Accountant and Accounts Manager

About You:

- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.




- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Xero & MS Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
