We're partnering with a market-leading Australian B2B SaaS company entering an exciting new phase of growth, backed by significant investment and an experienced leadership team.
We're looking for a hands-on Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive net-new customer growth across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a newly created role with genuine ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Own multi-channel acquisition across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email and partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads and pipeline, working closely with Sales to improve conversion.
- Manage acquisition budgets and optimise CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution.
- Run structured A/B testing, CRO and growth experiments to improve performance.
- Use GA4, CRM data and attribution to make smarter investment decisions.
- Challenge assumptions, back your recommendations with data and focus on revenue, not vanity metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B SaaS acquisition or demand generation experience.
- Solid hands-on digital marketing skills across multiple channels.
- Commercially driven, with measurable success improving pipeline and acquisition efficiency.
- Confident with GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Experience with funnel analytics, conversion optimisation and structured experimentation.
- A collaborative but commercially confident approach to working with Sales.
