Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Band 5 Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership, coordination and supervision for the Roster Support Unit across North West Hospitals. You will oversee rostering, staff development, data integrity and ProAct system matters.

The role requires solid analytical and communication skills, plus experience with HR/payroll information systems and staff training. You will build productive relationships while maintaining a high-quality service.
