About the Role

As a Claims Executive, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of end-to-end claims, delivering prompt, fair, and high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Engaging with customers andresponding to claims enquiries with professionalism and care.

Listen attentively to customer needs anddeliver an exceptional client experience

Apply strong problem-solving skills whilst identifying and managing recovery opportunities.

Provide timely follow-ups and updates in line with the General Insurance Code of Practice.

About You:

Experience in a claims servicing role

Understanding of Insurance legislation and Code of Practice

Ability to connect with people and build trust

2+ years experience handling Commercial claims across general insurance lines, Motor and Property

Sound computer skills, confident communication skills, a collaborative approach, and excellent attention to detail

Career focused, responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Minimum Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance.
