CSIRO is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to support the mobilisation and delivery of the Data Modernisation Program, helping our people prepare for, adopt and embed current data capabilities and ways of working across the organisation.

In this role you will establish a fit-for-purpose change management approach, assess people impacts, and coordinate engagement, readiness and learning activities with senior leaders, program teams and partners to embed data-driven practices.
