Queensland Government's Department of Education is seeking a Youth Transition Officer based in Brisbane North / Moreton Bay to support young people involved in or at risk of involvement with the Youth Justice System. You will work with Court Liaison Officers and regional staff to assess needs and plan re-engagement in education.

You will develop education plans, coordinate with families, Child Safety, and partner organisations, and maintain privacy while navigating legislative requirements.
