Flourish Australia are seeking an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) team in Seven Hills. The role involves connecting with participants to understand goals, building personalised pathways to employment, and providing practical support with resumes and interview preparation.
You will also engage with local employers to place participants in suitable roles. As part of Flourish Australia's supportive team, you will track progress, maintain quality records and
