The Role
Working alongside experienced communications advisors, you will manage a wide array of visual design and administrative collateral. Your core focus will be translating project data into accessible visual mediums while adhering to corporate brand standards.
Key responsibilities include
- Designing visual collateral such as project maps, infographics, fact sheets, flyers, and executive presentations.
- Sourcing and managing stock imagery and brand photography in accordance with government guidelines.
- Coordinating external procurement for specialized graphic design and printing services.
- Maintaining document control, contact databases, and stakeholder meeting records.
- Managing multiple visual design requests concurrently within a fast paced setting.
The Tech Stack & Environment
You will utilize contemporary graphic design tools alongside standard workplace software:
