The recently refurbished Courthouse Hotel in North Melbourne is looking for an apprentice to join our team.

This position is full time paid hourly.

We are looking for someone with a passion for food, and hard work. Experience as an apprentice is not required, but is preferential. Previous work as a kitchen hand/kitchen porter is also preferred.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a young chef to learn all the skills required from scratch, ie: bread making, pasta rolling, animal butchery. Most things are produced in house here!!!

This position is perfect for someone who wants to forge a career in hospitality, and is passionate about learning all skills required to be a professional chef.
