BYRONS Lending Solutions is looking for an experienced asset finance broker who wants to grow through a broader referral network, professional support and the potential benefits of greater combined lending volume, while retaining ownership of their clients and control of their business.

- A broader referral network — build relationships with our in-house accountants, residential mortgage brokers and commercial finance brokers.
- An established reputation — strengthen your offering with the backing of the BYRONS brand.
- Marketing and business development freedom — continue building your own networks and pursuing your own marketing, within agreed brand and compliance standards.
- Infrastructure behind you — access lending systems, established processes, in-house IT support and our marketing manager.
- A professional CBD base — work from our office occupying the entire Level 18 at 570 George Street, Sydney, with flexible working arrangements.




- Admin support as you grow — processing and lodgement assistance once an agreed business volume is reached.

A commercial structure built for mutual growth

Your self-generated deals: you retain 100% of commission and associated volume-based incentives (VBI).

BYRONS-referred deals: you receive 50% of deal commission; BYRONS retains the associated VBI.

Combined lending volume: potential to unlock higher VBI tiers and improve returns on your own deals, subject to lender arrangements.

Who we’re looking for An established asset finance broker with consistent deal flow, strong client or referral relationships, and the ambition to grow.

You can manage your own pipeline and deals, value your independence, and see the opportunity in working alongside a larger professional services team.

This is a commission-based opportunity with no base salary, designed for a broker with an existing business pipeline.
