You'll be the first person our owners and committees speak to, on the phone and in person, and you'll run your own portfolio of about 40 small OCs (3–5 lots each). We need someone who looks after clients well and can work independently from early on.
Key responsibilities
Answer phones and look after office visitors as the main point of contact
Run your portfolio: 40 annual general meetings (AGMs) and 40 insurance renewals a year
Coordinate maintenance, quotes and contractors
Work with our admin and accounts team, who handle the back-office processing and production
About you
3+ years in residential or commercial property management, strata/OC management, or a similar client-facing property role
Confident on the phone, face to face with unhappy clients, and running meetings
Organised, a clear writer, and positive with Microsoft Office and AI tools
Driver licence and own car; willing to complete a national police check
Your own mobile phone for work use (bring your own device)
Able to work set business hours and attend evening AGMs as required
