Via Napoli Pizzeria is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Assistant Pizza Chef to join our Lane Cove team.

You’ll work alongside 35 years experienced pizzaiolo Luigi, supporting preparation and service while developing your skills in dough handling, hand-stretching and traditional Neapolitan pizza.

What you’ll do

- Prepare toppings and ingredients to our recipes and portion guides.
- Keep ingredients replenished and the pizza section organised.
- Follow food safety, storage and stock rotation procedures.
- Help with cleaning and closing the section.

What you’ll bring
- A strong interest and passion in pizza and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, valuable communication and a team-first attitude.
- Previous kitchen or pizza preparation experience preferred.
- Care with ingredients, portions and cleanliness.




- Ability to follow instructions and stay focused during busy services.
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Australian work rights appropriate to the position.
