- Lead the Vision: Drive the client delivery of all Experience (SEO) services, positioning our team as the absolute centre of excellence across Australia and New Zealand.
- Build a Powerhouse Team: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mid-senior SEO expertsin MelbourneBrisbane, fostering a collaborative and high-trust environment where they can do their best work.
- Drive Commercial Success: Partner with the Group Business Director to track profitability,identifygrowth opportunities, and contribute to winning new business.

- A SEO Leader: You are an experienced professional in the SEO space with expertise spanning all facets of organic discovery including; Technical,Local, ContentandMeasurement. You are comfortable leading and developing high performing teams and client delivery within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Commercially Astute: You possess strong commercial acumen, with a proventrack recordof managing agency revenue, improving profitability, and driving business growth.
- An Inspirational Mentor: You have a genuine passion for people leadership and demonstrable experience coaching and developing senior talent to reach their full potential.
- Strategic & Operationally Strong: You are a strategic thinker who can not only develop innovative product solutions but also implement the strong processesrequiredto scale them.
