Wellways Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Navigator Peer in Mildura to support people on their mental health journey with person-centred assistance. You will draw on lived experience to provide peer support, assist with intake, and help connect individuals with services.

Working in a multidisciplinary, values-based team, you’ll foster inclusion, resilience and belonging, while navigating community resources and planning cooperative care with clients and carers.
