are-able is seeking an Intake & Engagement Officer in Ballarat to deliver a positive experience for NDIS participants through high-quality intake, customer service and ongoing plan management support. You will manage invoicing, data entry and payment enquiries, and ensure compliant processing of claims.

Working across Colac or Wendouree sites, you will build relationships with participants, providers and local networks to support growth and inclusive service delivery in a changing NDIS
