MACCARONI TRATTORIA and MACCARONI on BOURKE in Melbourne is seeking a CHEF to join our growing team. This permanent, full time role requires 38–40 hours weekly, with weekend shifts.

You will prepare and cook Italian dishes, supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety, manage stock, and train apprentices. Must have Certificate IV in commercial cookery and 2–3 years Italian cuisine experience. Salary is 75,000–80,000 AUD per year plus Super.
