Working Environment: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
The company is a highly-reputable and internationally established consultancy firm, operating across a multitude of varying industries, andlooking to build out their engineering team with someone capableofdeveloping solutions at the system level, before undertaking the implementation work required to realise your concept.
This role will focus in on the Defence and Security sector, working alongside ateam that includes industry-leading experts in electronics, software development, mechanical engineering and applied science.
As a Software Engineer within this team, you will be trusted to work across the whole development lifecycle for clients,
offering a rare opportunity to gain broad experience from concept to delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiencyprogramming in C/C++ and Python, with experience working across the full software development life cycle
- Comfortable using common software development toolchains; Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
- Experience of developing applications for a range of Operating Systems such as Windows, Mac, Linux, Mobile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable explaining complex engineering concepts to both a technical and non-technical audience
Salary: £55000 - £75000 per annum
