Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant to provide personalised in-home support on the Mornington Peninsula. You will travel between clients to assist multiple people each day, with reimbursement for kilometres travelled while you work.

The role offers casual shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and no evening or overnight shifts. This is a meaningful position to impact our ageing community while developing skills and
