Meraki Care Services is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Sunshine Coast and Caboolture regions. You will provide person-centered support to participants in our SIL homes, helping them build independence and improve quality of life.

You will work shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and sleepover nights as part of a rotating roster, delivering adaptable, respectful care and promoting dignity and choice for participants.
